Glitch - 1
Istanbul Shopkeeper, 1985
'He possesses no mobile phone, no computerised cash register. He has no comprehension of what is coming whilst he sits outside his shop, resting in the sunshine. Blissfully unaware. The ripples are starting, but he does not feel them yet'
Selected for the Benjamin Hall Photography Award 2026
Artist's proof, Dibond print 100 x 60 cm
Glitch - 2
Mother & Daughter, London 2024
'They sit close
The Mother offers a lap, the daughter curls slightly, like she once used to as a toddler.
But they are so far apart, absorbed in their digital worlds.
They consume ferociously whilst resting before they resume their exploration of the art gallery they are in; which they paid to be in; which they will then spend their money in the cafe, gift shop or restaurant'
Glitch - 3
Homeless between Cash Points, London Victoria, 2022
'Victoria Station is one of the busiest London rail and bus interchange hubs. Millions of people come through here every year. Every year, there are some that simply do not know their destination.
Fallen through the safety net of society, this man begs with a polite notice asking for enough money for a night in a hostel, to be safe. The ATM money and ease with which many have access to it, contrast sharply with his lack of bank card to operate either of the machines.
He no longer serves the economy.
Capitalism no longer serves him'

The World vs Humans
I explore the intersection of the human experience and the natural world. My work is a visual meditation on the evolution of humans and the impact upon themselves and the planet, captured through a lens of contemplative precision and artistic distortion.
