I am the director of European Store Design and Development who uses photography to calm my mind and allow myself a bit of escapism.

Of course, i take my iPhone everywhere, but I also have a 35mm digital camera and a 6x4.5cm medium format film camera, which is completely manual. This is what slows me down, makes me think about what I am seeing and what the image means.

Taking the films into my home darkroom, spending the time processing and printing and seeing the results helps calm the mind and ultimately make more considered decisions in all areas of my life.
